This software license will enable system control, latest third generation features, and optional mobile streaming for your NetPlay Video and Audio system to the NetPlay Mobile App.
When purchasing, include the MAC address of your Virtual Matrix VRX020 device in the order notes.
We will send you a license_mobile.bin file. Simply upload this file and reboot
to enable the new functionality.
License options: (note that NetPlay Mobile App comes with NetPlay Manager for latest third generation features)
- Default: NetPlay Mobile App license (requires Android version 5.1 or later and VRX020 virtual matrix). Provides full system control and small preview window of source video on your mobile devices.
- Optional: Full Screen Mobile Playback license: app with all sources enabled for full screen viewing on your mobile devices.
As with any software license, it is non-refundable once generated.
The software license is generated for a specific device and cannot be changed to a different device.
Software license FAQs:
All NetPlay licenses are tied to the
NetPlay Manager (NVMM) hardware in your system.
When you receive NetPlay Manager, please complete the software registration in
order to bind your new NetPlay licenses to your NetPlay Manager.
NetPlay TV and NetPlay Mobile licenses are perpetual lifetime
licenses. New releases with new features may require additional payment to
enable the new functionality. However, there is
no requirement to purchase these new features in order to continue using your
software licenses (without the new features).
Licenses may be transferred between NetPlay Manager hardwares.
In the case of hardware failure inside the warranty period, there is no charge
for this service. In other cases, there is a small charge for this
service. In all cases, the NetPlay Manager hardware you are transferring
from must be surrendered to Video Storm LLC.
Licenses may be refunded within the return period for the
NetPlay Manager hardware they are assigned to. If the NetPlay Manager is
outside its return period, the NetPlay licenses are no longer refundable.
The NetPlay Manager hardware must be returned to Video Storm LLC in order to
refund the NetPlay licenses.
